Thank you for your interest in purchasing a full license for shapeXT. Because the software has just been released, there is no automated webshop yet. All licenses are currently sold through a manual quote-and-invoice process by e-mail.

In short: choose a plan, send me the quote request form, receive a quote, accept it in writing or with a purchase order, and receive your invoice and license.

Before you order

shapeXT can currently only be sold under these conditions:

  • B2B only: shapeXT is sold exclusively to academic institutions, research facilities and businesses acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. Orders from private consumers (B2C) cannot be processed.
  • EU only: I can currently only issue quotes to organizations located in an EU member state.
  • VAT ID: Customers outside Germany need a valid EU VAT ID (reverse charge applies). Customers in Germany are charged German VAT (currently 19 %).

How to Order

1. Choose your license

Review the license types, tiers, durations and current prices on the Pricing page.

2. Request a quote

Download the quote request form:

Fill it in with a PDF reader that can save form data, then e-mail it to sales@shapeXT.com. If the form does not work for you, simply send the same information as plain text in an e-mail.

Please have these details ready: institution and billing address, billing contact and e-mail, EU VAT ID, license type, tier and duration, number of licenses, desired start date, the e-mail address for license delivery, and a PO number if you have one.

3. Receive your quote

I will reply within a few business days with a formal quote. It states the license tier, the number of licenses, the price, the applicable VAT treatment and the payment terms. The quote is valid for 30 days and is subject to the License Terms.

4. Accept the quote

Accept the quote in writing (e-mail is sufficient) or send me a purchase order that refers to the quote.

5. Receive your invoice and license

I will issue the invoice and send your license to the e-mail address you gave for license delivery together with the invoice.
